About

Cancellation Policy

At Simply Serene, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that plans can change, and we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. No-Shows Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service price. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your service may need to be shortened to avoid affecting the next appointment. You will still be responsible for the full service price. Deposits Any required deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled outside of the cancellation policy. We truly appreciate your understanding and respect for our time. Our policy helps us keep appointments available for all of our clients and ensures we can provide the best experience possible.
